Friends of QMC were pleased to be able to facilitate the donation of 2 x PS5 consoles with games and accessories as well as 2 x iPads to the Children’s Oncology ward (E39) at the QMC.
We were approached by a donor, who climbed Kilimanjaro in order to raise the funds for the equipment.

Thank you for the generous donation, it will make a huge difference to our patients whilst they are in hospital
The Playstation will be used for entertainment whilst the iPads are often used to distract the young patients during treatment.
